My name is James C. Gilbert, III, I reside in the S.E. Valley here in Queen Creek.

I just got married in June to Vernita R. Johnson (a wonderful young lady and my college sweetheart, see attached photos). I relocated here to Arizona by way of Michigan due to the tremendous business growth and economic environment, esp. in the real estate and mortgage industry as well as having great weather conditions.

As a mortgage advisor, I specialize in educating clients on the best program based on there situation (goals, debt, income and risk tolerance).  Having over 12 years experience in consulting customers in the areas from finances, investments, insurance, real estate and mortgages has given me a great insight on what & how people make family-based financial decisions. I focus on expedite follow-up as well as presenting detailed information on key aspects of the services I provide; increasing my clients knowledge base: circumventing issues like "buyers remorse."
